Found an error or something that changed?

Write to us to report a transfer ratio, fee, award price or program rule that has changed. Tell us the page, the sentence, and where you saw the current information, with the date. We check it against the primary source. If the page is wrong, we fix it and update its review date.

What we cannot help with

We cannot book awards for you, look at your loyalty or card accounts, or tell you which card to apply for. For account problems, contact the card issuer or the loyalty program directly. Please do not email passwords or account numbers.
